The counselling service is available every Tuesday morning in Ballina FRC. This service is available to cancer patients and members of their family who have been affected by cancer and need support. Fitness 4 Men

Are you a man and interested in exercising and getting fit? If the answer is yes, Ballina FRC in conjunction with Mayo Sports Partnership and Pat O’Brien is running a fitness programme for men of all ages. Classes include circuit training, hill walking, kettle bells, and swimming. It will be held on Wednesday September 21 from 9.30am to 10.30am in Ballina Family Resource, Abbey Street. The cost is €5.
